Pass the Peas Please

Molly has become a great cereal eater so we have now moved on to some vegetables. This was met with some looks of disgust but she is gradually catching on. Every three days is a new vegetable to make sure she isn't allergic to one.

Matthew watched the whole thing, probably thinking thank goodness I don't have to eat that anymore.

What did they just put in my mouth?

It is disgusting!

I'll give it another try.

Was I naughty?

How about sweet potatoes. She seemed to enjoy this for the first time more than the peas.

I guess I'll just deal with it and eat it.

Happy Valentine's Day!

Happy Valentine's Day from us to you (a day late). The kids have both had colds for almost a week now so there has been a lot of crabbiness in our house lately, but still lots of love. Everyone is almost all better. We had more plans for Valentine's Day but with Grant going out of town and the kids sick we kept it simple and had some heart shaped pizza on Sunday. We got to spend lunch with Nine where we had special hot dogs and dinner with Bo bo and Nine at one of Matthew's favorite restaurants Sweet Tomatoes.

Mmm, heart shaped pizza. Matthew wasn't feeling well so at first he wasn't that excited about the pizza, but an hour later he was sitting with me and goes, "Can you believe we had a heart shaped pizza?'

I saw trying to get a picture of the heart on her butt, but she just wanted to roll over.

If you ask him he can tell you that the people on his shirt are the Beatles. Nine worked hard on that one with him.

My Sweeties

Molly at 5 months

Can you believe Molly is five months already? She can roll over back to front, loves to jump, is finally eating cereal somewhat well and loves to put anything and everything in her mouth. She smiles all the time and laughs hysterically at Matthew. The other day she actually spent an entire meal out in her car seat just playing. If your plate is in front of you and you are holding it she can pull it towards her. She gives evil eyes when you are eating. We will be starting on veggies soon so wish us luck that it is not a total disaster. Next month is doctor so we'll have height and weight then.

It Snowed?

We hope everyone survived the snow and is finally done digging out of it. Matthew absolutely loved the snow.

I thought the window looked so cool the night it was snowing.
